Weightlifting Focus: Front Squats

Based on the results form our Clean cycle. We need stronger legs!! The next four weeks will be focused on building a stronger squat as well as workouts targeting the lower body.

Front Squats 5x5 @75%

Bulgarian Split Squats 5x 8 Each Leg with Kb

Workout

1. 150/100m Row + Max Jumping Lunges
2. 15 Wall Balls 20/14 + Max Db Deadlifts 20/15
