The Open 18.2 + 18.2a

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
•Dumbbell squats
•Bar-facing burpees

Rx:
Men use 22.5 dumbbells
Women use 15 dumbbells

Scaled:
Men use 15 dumbbells,
stepping burpees allowed
Women use 10 dumbbells,
stepping burpees allowed

To be completed in the 12 minute time-cap of Open 18.2:
•1-rep-max clean
