Partner WOD: AMRAP 30

100M Partner carry

Then 4 rounds:

7 Goblet squats (24/16)

7 KB STOH one in each hand (24/16)

100m Partner carry

Then 4 rounds:

7 Ring Row

7 Ring Dips

One person working at any one time. The partner carry can be split as required. Scaling for partner carry can be 200m with a sandbag at 25/20

3. Recovery

Chest stretch, couch stretch
