Start at 80% up to 90%

3. Partner WOD: 2 RFT

60 Burpees

80 GTOH 42.5/30

60 Hollow rocks

80 Ring rows

Reps can be partitioned how the pair wish, all of round 1 must be completed before any movements in round 2 can be completed.

Only 1 person working at a time.

4. Recover.
