2. Skill training: kettlebell swing/clean/snatch

3. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
40/25 kg push press, 6 reps
40/25 kg overhead squat, 8 reps
25/21" box jump, 10 reps

4. Recovery: mobility
